Congolese Market LLC, doing business as Hope Market, has leased 830 square feet of retail space at 206 E. Wellesley, Suite 200, in Spokane, relocating from 923 E. Hoffman. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, facilitated the lease.

Grounded Gardens LLC has leased an 1,850-square-foot space at 727 W. Francis, Spokane, in the former Green Gables Photography studio. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessor.

Whimsical Artisans LLC, a trade name of Crafts By Jackie & Tom LLC, has secured a 2,400-square-foot retail space at 912 W. Garland, Spokane, for its inaugural location. Once again, Greg Peach, of NAI Black, was involved.

Autoskin Detail LLC has leased 1,000 square feet at 974 E. Third, Spokane, moving from 3927 1/2 N. Madison. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, handled the lease.

Thrive Pets LLC has taken a 2,500-square-foot retail building at 3302 E. Sprague, Spokane. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessor.

Parker Accounting has leased a 1,600-square-foot commercial office at 4711 N. Maple, Spokane, from 222 W. Mission. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, facilitated this transaction.

Direct Primary Care LLC has leased 4,800 square feet at Franklin Park Medical Center, 220 E. Rowan, Spokane, moving from 212 E. Central. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, represented the tenant, while Don Arsenault, of Arsenault Realty, represented the landlord.

Knife River Corp. – Mountain West, a Boise-based construction materials and contracting company, has acquired 104 acres of vacant land at 12200-12300 W. Euclid Road, Spokane, for $2 million. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, acted as the seller's representative.
