Building Vermont’s Next Generation of Credit Union Leaders

Vermont Business Magazine features nine credit union professionals from across the state who have successfully completed the Association of Vermont Credit Unions' (AVCU) 2026 Emerging Leaders Program. This three-day program focused on professional development, peer connections, and mentorship from experienced industry leaders.

“Investing in emerging professionals strengthens not only our credit unions, but Vermont’s workforce as a whole,” stated WiL Mobus, AVCU’s Director of Marketing & Member Relations.

The AVCU was founded in 1947 and acts as the state's voice for credit unions, providing support through regulatory assistance, education, and business services.
