POTTSVILLE — The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce will launch Relational Leadership, a three-week "accelerator" led by county native Ed Wallace, a bestselling author and business relationship expert, in November.
Participants will explore:
- Practical approaches to strengthening critical relationships
- Leading through influence
- Improving communication
- Connecting performance to purpose
Wallace is the managing director at AchieveNEXT and author of The Relationship Engine. This highly interactive program brings nationally recognized leadership and business relationship expertise back home to Schuylkill County.
Based on the chamber's event release, this unique initiative is designed to:
- Offer a "deep dive" into building meaningful relationships.
- Equip participants with practical tools for "improving performance through purpose."
The chamber’s Pottsville headquarters will serve as the venue for these transformative sessions.
