The Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association (MEA) will host an HR Schuylkill roundtable on November 6th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at their Pottsville site. The event, titled "We Did It Right ... And Still Faced Backlash: When Good HR Decisions Go Wrong," will feature Joshua L. Haney, associate at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba P.C., as the guest presenter.
Participants will gain insights into:
- Recognizing and mitigating employment law risks
- Navigating employee complaints
- Making fair, consistent, and defensible HR decisions
According to Darlene J. Robbins, MAEA president, "This roundtable will equip attendees with the knowledge to make informed HR decisions and avoid potential pitfalls."
