Health
ConvenientMD recently welcomed Jessee Uhde as senior vice president of urgent care operations, based at its headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. Uhde will oversee operations of ConvenientMD’s urgent care network, focusing on supporting clinic teams, strengthening operational performance, and ensuring high-quality, accessible care across its 51 locations.
"Jessee brings deep operational experience and a genuine commitment to supporting the people who care for our patients every day," said ConvenientMD CEO Ray Wahl.
Throughout his career, Uhde has led large-scale urgent care operations across multiple states, overseeing growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement. He joins ConvenientMD from Ardent Health, where he served as vice president of operations for urgent care.
"What drew me to ConvenientMD was its deep-rooted commitment to urgent care," said Uhde. "Founded here in New England, the organization has always been focused on providing high-quality, accessible care available to the communities it serves, and that strong connection to the region really stood out to me."
Uhde joined ConvenientMD in September 2026 and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his family. He plans to relocate to New England in 2027.
ConvenientMD Urgent Care operates 51 clinics across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, offering fast, affordable treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, including X-rays, labs, occupational health, and virtual care. In 2022, ConvenientMD launched Primary Care, a modern approach centered on prevention, personal health goals, and long-term wellness.
