Daycare Owner Admits Faking Business License, Claims Justification

St. Louis County, Mo. – Missouri childcare inspectors recently cited Williams Academy on Natural Bridge Road for reportedly failing to pay city taxes since it opened in 2021. Beverly Hills Mayor Brian K. Jackson also accused the daycare owner of forging business licenses.
"He owes for four years of taxes," he said, adding that they give businesses their first year free. "He's an unlicensed business in the City."
