The reader board outside Dundalk Florist now reads: “Thank you for your support, after 115 years serving the community, we are closing our doors on November 14.”
The store has served Baltimore County residents for over a century, providing flowers, plants, and gardening supplies to generations of families in Dundalk and surrounding areas.
“We have been honored to serve generations of families throughout Dundalk and the surrounding communities,” a Facebook post announcing the closure said.
“Your loyalty, friendship, and trust have meant more to us than words can express.”
The post has garnered hundreds of comments, mostly filled with sadness at the news and memories of the store.
