Eastern Michigan University’s College of Business (COB) broke ground Thursday on a long-awaited upgrade. The COB has been planning a relocation since its former building in downtown Ypsilanti sold for $2.6 million in 2022. Its new location will be at Pierce Hall. Substantial additions to Pierce Hall will transform it into a modern hub for business education.
The ceremony marked the first step in a project that promises to enhance the learning experience for COB students and foster collaboration with the local business community. Looking ahead, the COB aims to expand its programs and attract top faculty and students.
Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
