Euro Zone Business Growth Hits Over 3-1/2-Year High Despite Inflation Worries, PMI Shows
Euro zone business growth hit a more than three and a half year high in June, a survey showed on Friday, suggesting the economy is weathering concerns over high inflation and interest rate hikes.
"The euro zone economy appears to be gaining traction despite the headwinds from global and domestic factors," said Chris Williamson, chief economist at IHS Markit, which compiles the data.
