Fandango, now part of Versant Media, is entering the original programming space with a revival of the unscripted series "Bad Girls Club."
As part of Fandango's AVOD streaming platform, two episodes of "Bad Girls Club: Unfinished Business" have been ordered. Bad Girls veteran Tanisha Thomas will host.
Several original series stars from the most-watched season (Season 7) will participate:
- Stasi Townsend
- Shelly Hickman
- Judi Jackson
- Tiara Hodge
- Angie Castillo
- Priscilla Mennella
They'll be split into groups of three for each episode.
Versant Entertainment President Val Boreland stated, "As we continue to evolve Fandango’s free, ad-supported streaming service, we want to deliver programming that fans are passionate about... We are thrilled to reunite fans with these unforgettable women..."
"Bad Girls Club" originally ran for 17 seasons on Oxygen (2006-2017). It spawned several spinoffs and the special will feature memories, iconic fights, and confrontations from the past.*
Bunim/Murray Productions (Banijay Entertainment) will produce the special.
