Fox Beefs Up Leadership At Creator Studios Business - The Hollywood Reporter

Fox Creator Studios Beefs Up Leadership Team with Two Senior Executives

Fox has strengthened its focus on the creator economy by appointing Bryan Thoensen and Kirsten McAuliffe as senior executives within its Fox Creator Studios business.

Bryan Thoensen will take on the role of Senior VP of Content Partnerships, leading the development of creator franchises across the studio. He joins from TikTok, where he headed content partnerships.

Kirsten McAuliffe, a veteran of Moonbug and Warner Bros. Discovery, will serve as Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships and Growth. She'll be responsible for commercial strategy, acting as a bridge between Fox's ad sales team and creators.

This move signifies Fox's commitment to supporting creators building their entertainment businesses within the creator economy.

"Creators are building the next generation of entertainment businesses, and we’re building Fox Creator Studios to help them scale," said Billy Parks, head of Fox Creator Studios.

The appointments come as creator-led entertainment becomes an increasingly important part of advertisers' marketing strategies.

"As creator-led entertainment continues to gain traction, we have a tremendous opportunity to connect our advertising partners with authentic creator communities in meaningful ways," added Katrina Cukaj, executive VP of entertainment advertising sales at Fox.
