Layla has always been passionate about movement and wellness, and her latest endeavor, LIVIN Studio, brings heated fitness classes near Tiger Stadium. The studio offers a mix of yoga, sculpt, and strength workouts using infrared heat.
LIVIN Studio: A Fun Approach to Wellness
Layla aims to make working out feel like attending a party, infusing energy and enjoyment into her classes. The studio's heated rooms, at around 105 degrees and 30% humidity, create an invigorating environment.
"I want [guests] to have the best time, kind of like they're coming to a party," Layla shared with In Register about her studio's unique atmosphere.

LIVIN Studio also features three red light recovery pods, which use a smaller amount of infrared light to support athletes' recovery. According to Layla, spending 30 minutes a day in these pods can benefit injured athletes from her family's athletic background.
