Lane Kiffin's Wife Layla Turns Her New Business Venture Into a 'Party'
Lane Kiffin's wife, Layla Kiffin, is opening up about her new business venture on the LSU campus, emphasizing that it's all about having fun.
Anne Erickson reports that with Lane in the spotlight leading the LSU Tigers this season, Layla is also gaining recognition. Her newly opened LIVIN Studio offers heated fitness classes near Tiger Stadium, combining yoga, sculpt, and strength workouts under one roof.
The studio utilizes infrared heat and creates an environment Layla hopes will feel more like a party than a typical workout. The classes feature upbeat music and energetic instructors, all within a 105-degree, 30% humidity room.
"I want [guests] to have the best time... kind of like they're coming to a party," Layla told In Register about her studio's atmosphere.
LIVIN Studio also offers red light recovery pods, which use lower levels of infrared light for athletes looking to aid recovery. According to Layla, spending 30 minutes per day in the pods can benefit injured athletes from her family's athletic background.
While Lane coaches the LSU Tigers, Layla is throwing her own "party" with her athletic venture. Learn more at LIVIN Studio's official website.
