Launching the search for our next dean of the School of Business

Dear Wake Forest colleagues,
Today, we embark on a national search for the next dean of the Wake Forest University School of Business.
The School of Business plays a crucial role in our University’s mission and identity. Beyond its esteemed academic programs, professional development, and industry partnerships, the Business School must equip its graduates to be thoughtful, humanity-centered leaders in a global market. We need a leader who:
- Aligns with the culture of Wake Forest
- Values our liberal arts core and commitment to educating the whole person
- Actively champions the Pro Humanitate spirit
- Is dedicated to developing ethical business leaders defined by integrity, character, and principled decision-making.
We are grateful to Interim Dean Montague and the school’s leadership team for their dedication during this academic year as we navigate this search.
As with the provost search, I will chair the search committee. These roles are shaping the university’s future, so my active involvement is essential. - Students
