Little Rock Police Warn of New Scam Targeting Business Owners

Little Rock police are warning Arkansans about a new scam that targeting business owners and managers. According to a social media post from the department, scammers are posing as FBI agents, U.S. Marshals and other law enforcement agencies and demanding payment for missing funds from those businesses.
Authorities assured the public that no law enforcement agency will contact you by telephone to request or accept payment.
Anyone who receives one of these calls is encouraged to immediately report it by calling 501-918-4397 or emailing [email protected].
