As previously mentioned, paying someone to do household chores that were traditionally considered "women’s work" used to make me feel guilty. I’m done with the apologies. This shift is a testament to how societal norms are evolving, and it’s particularly evident in today’s busy world where folks are hustling just to keep up.
In light of the above, recognizing that it’s okay to seek help and delegate tasks can be seen as a game changer. It allows individuals, especially women who have historically borne the brunt of domestic labor, to reclaim their time and energy for other pursuits.
