A Southern California man was arrested for allegedly recording victims through hidden bathroom cameras installed at his business.
The Ontario Police Department identified the suspect as Bryce Neighbors, 39, of Upland. He is also the owner of Young’s Automotive in Covina.
On Sept. 30, police responded to the 1200 block of North Palm Avenue in Upland to investigate allegations involving the possession of child sexual assault material.
An investigation revealed that Neighbors reportedly had “numerous videos of child sexual abuse material,” according to police.
Detectives later discovered multiple hidden cameras had been placed inside the bathroom at his business to record unsuspecting victims. He is also accused of using a hidden camera on his shoe to record under victims’ dresses, investigators said.
Neighbors was arrested for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material and was booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
Detectives are concerned there may be additional victims who have yet to be identified.
