Sunbelievable Tanning and Wellness Business Opens in Raritan
Sunbelievable, a tanning and wellness business, has recently opened its doors at Raritan Crossing shopping center, taking up a 1,500-square-foot space at 90 E. Somerset St. and Route 206 South.
SecondSun LLC operates this new addition to the bustling shopping center. Along with UV tanning and sunless tanning services, Sunbelievable offers retail products and the SmartSun Therapy, a light-based treatment designed to mimic natural sunlight using targeted wavelengths.
This opening marks yet another addition to Raritan Crossing, a three-building retail center spanning nearly 63,000 square feet. Dollar Tree, Hunterdon Health Urgent Care, Retro Fitness, and Domino's are among its current tenants. Strategically located near major routes, including Routes 202, 206, 22, Interstates 78, and 287, the center attracts a good deal of foot traffic.
"This lease with Sunbelievable illustrates the continued leasing momentum we’ve seen at the property recently, and we’re excited to further round out the tenant roster," said Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Larken Associates' commercial division.
Leasing opportunities remain at Raritan Crossing, with units available ranging from 1,750 to 4,278 square feet. Larken Associates manages a substantial commercial portfolio, encompassing nearly 4 million square feet and approximately 1,200 tenants across various property types.
