TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — Authorities have officially filed murder charges in connection to the Sand Springs explosion at the Morrow Gill Business Complex.

KTUL first covered the devastating explosion on Thursday, reporting one person had died and another was critically injured in the blast. On Friday, OSBI confirmed the injured individual ultimately passed away from their injuries.

According to court records, two charges of Murder in the First Degree in the Commission of a Crime have been filed against Ryan Bassham in connection to the explosion. According to authorities, Bassham has an active arrest warrant and they believe he's trying to evade law enforcement.

Officials ask that if you see Bassham or know where he may be, to contact your local law enforcement office or to call 911.
