WTAMU to Host Business Startup Seminar Monday
West Texas A&M University is set to host a business startup seminar on Monday. The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the America’s Small Business Development Center’s (SBDC) offices located at the WT Enterprise Center, 2300 N. Western Street.
This seminar is part of a four-part workshop series sponsored by SBDC. Tracy Shea, SBDC consultant, will lead each session, teaching entrepreneurs new strategies to build a strong and sustainable business foundation.
"Filling the paperwork is often the easiest part of launching a business; the real challenge lies in building systems and planning for financial risks before spending capital," said Shea. “This series is designed to equip prospective business owners with the right questions and insights so they can build a resilient model and thrive well after launch."
Registration is free but required. To register and view future seminar dates, [click here](link to registration page).
Dinner will be served for attendees at each session. Reservations are requested by noon Mondays before each workshop. Seating is limited.
