AgWest says deal doesn’t allow debtor to maximize asset value
AgWest Farm Credit, a lender owed approximately $20 million, has filed a court document expressing concerns about the proposed sale of Anderson Hay’s assets to Standlee Forage Company. While they don’t oppose the sale in principle, they argue that the transaction would prevent Anderson Hay from maximizing the value of its assets during bankruptcy restructuring.
