Sarah Payne has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's corporate accounting team as a senior financial analyst. Previously, she worked as a financial analyst for the Virginia Department of Health.
Reshma Chattopadhyay has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's client accounting team as a senior staff accountant. She previously worked in Regency Centers' property accounting revenue recovery division.
Philip Sadler has been promoted to portfolio manager in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Commercial Property Services group. He joined the group as an intern in summer 2025 and became an assistant portfolio manager in July 2026.
Mark Hodges and Greg Saunders have been promoted to partner at Keiter effective Oct. 1. Hodges specializes in estate and gift tax planning and multi-generational wealth strategies within the firm’s Private Client Services practice; Saunders works in the firm’s Valuation and Forensic Services team. Keiter is based at 4401 Dominion Boulevard in Innsbrook.
