Empire State Realty Trust Appoints New Leader for Observation Deck
Empire State Realty Trust has brought in a former FanDuel executive to spearhead the Empire State Building's famed observation deck, as the iconic New York tourist attraction grapples with declining attendance and revenue.
The third-quarter attendance at the attraction dropped a significant 26%, while income plummeted by 41%, according to reports.
