Sleep Clinic, Real Estate Broker Win BBB Ethics Award
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) Great West + Pacific and the BBB Foundation have selected two Alaska businesses for the 2026 Torch Award for Ethics.
Small Business Category
Alaska Premier Group, a real estate broker, has been recognized as the winner in the small business category.
Medium-Sized Category
Alaska Sleep Clinic, a clinic providing diagnosis and treatment for sleep disorders, has been named the recipient in the medium-sized category. This is not their first time in the spotlight, as they were previously a finalist for a Torch Award in 2022.
The Torch Award for Ethics honors businesses demonstrating exceptional character and commitment to their community. It is considered the highest honor the BBB Foundation bestows upon businesses in its service area.
"These award winners showcase the power of ethical leadership," said Tyler Andrew, president and CEO of BBB Great West + Pacific. "They share a commitment to trust, integrity, and prioritizing the best interests of their customers."
Alaska Sleep Clinic, established in Anchorage in 2002, offers comprehensive sleep disorder services, including sleep studies, breathing therapy, telehealth, and personalized care. With locations in Wasilla, Fairbanks, and Soldotna, the clinic emphasizes compassionate, transparent service and accessible sleep health education. They were also named the Bill Bivins Small Business of the Year Award winner from the Alaska Chamber in 2022.
Alaska Premier Group, a woman-owned business, provides residential, commercial, and land real estate services. Founded in Wasilla in 2016, they focus on education, transparency, and ethical guidance, helping clients make informed decisions while building strong community relationships.
