Dive Shop Offers Equipment, Instruction
The shop provides card show dates, diving instruction, and opportunities to join local diving teams, such as the Brown County Dive Team. Vilhauer, a Roscoe native and NSU graduate, hopes to foster a community of diving enthusiasts in the area.
Local Business Meets Community Needs
"It's been a great response from the community," Vilhauer said. "People are excited to have a local dive shop."
He added that the shop is also a place for local business owners and organizations to connect and collaborate. The Warner and Aberdeen School Boards have already shown interest in partnering with LB's Dive Shop for educational purposes.
Looking to the Future
Vilhauer's long-term vision includes expanding the shop's offerings, such as adding a pool for diving instruction. He also hopes to host diving events and workshops, bringing together diving enthusiasts from across the region.
